if using fresh bananas, add 1/2 cup ice

if using ground ginger, use approx. 1 tbsp

Hemp Seeds

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender, slowly increasing the speed until texture is smooth.
Serve immediately and top with a pinch of hemp seeds if desired.
