Rinse and drain your artichokes. Pat dry with a paper towel and squeeze out as much water as you can before placing in a small bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, herbs, and spices.
Place in the air fryer at 380 degrees for 15-25 minutes depending on how crispy you want them.
