Japanese Spicy Mayo

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Kewpie Mayonnaise substitute vegan mayo, if desired
  • 1 tsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Sambal Oelek or sriracha
  • 1 pinch Shichimi Togarashi

Instructions

  • Whisk all ingredients until smooth. Adjust taste to preference.

Notes

Note: mayo will last in fridge for up to 5 days.
