Hi lovelies! I have a super simple dessert recipe that I used to make in college for my roommates. Honestly, this recipe is so quick and easy, especially if you’re in a crunch to make a sweet fix. So what are blondies, you ask? They’re basically the “blonde” version to a regular brownie’s “brunette”. Read on for this super simple, fast recipe!
Yields: approximately two dozen 2″ blondies
Ingredients
- 1 package of Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie mix
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup macadamia nuts, crushed
- 1 cup walnuts, crushed
Instructions
1. Grease a 13″ x 9″ brownie pan and preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar cookie mix, egg and softened butter until soft dough forms.
3. In the same bowl, fold in shredded coconut, semi-sweet chocolate chips, macadamia nuts and walnuts.
4. Bake in greased brownie pan for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown.
5. Remove from oven when ready and cool before serving.
Enjoy!
