This weekend marks the start of summer in my books, which means sunshine, long days spent in the water, and of course – margaritas! As we enjoy the warmth and relaxation that this holiday weekend brings, I’m raising a glass to many more stress-free weekends ahead filled with family and friends.
It just so happens that this margarita is festively appropriate for two summer holidays – Memorial Day and 4th of July! This is one of my favorite recipes for a fruity-fresh, less-guilt margarita, and it’s always a hit no matter where and when it’s made. Try blending it if you’re not into all the fruit chopping!
“The given name ‘Margarita’ means ‘daisy flower’ in Spanish, Greek, and other languages.”
